SubScript is an open source project, hosted at GitHub. Up to ultimo 2012 the host was Google Code, where still old sources reside.

The SubScript VM is licensed under GNU Lesser GPL. This means that shipping SubScript applications, including the SubScript VM, does not impose an obligation to make such applications open source.

We have a rudimentary SubScript-capable branch of the Scala compiler available at GitHub, for which the Scala license holds, a BSD like license. That license will live then on in the clone, and probably in the SubScript VM as well (still to be sorted out).

We are looking for contributors who have

• passion for making ACP available for programmers
• some Scala experience or some more Java experience
• (preferably) experience as contributors to open source projects
